Favorite race: My favorite race is Augusta 70.3. I also enjoy trail running.
Hobbies: My hobbies are rock climbing, ice climbing, and camping. I have been running since I was a child and yoga is my go-to recovery.
What do you eat before you run? Food before a run depends on what I ate the night before.

Favorite race? Selma to Montogomery race. In 2023, I ran the first leg and the final leg to secure the SFRP team’s epic second-place finish. I love to run any 5K-marathon distances.
Hobbies: I enjoy many different activities but reading, other athletic ventures, and finding the best margarita stand out the most.
What do you eat before you run? For the usual Saturday club runs up to 15K races, I do not eat anything. For Half marathons and Marathon races, I will occasionally eat fruit and continue to hydrate.

What do you eat before you run? Before a run I eat half a bagel with light cream cheese, and a banana. This combo seems to work for me.

Favorite race: My favorite Race is the Meek and Mighty Triathlon in St. Petersburg, Florida, in 2005.
Hobbies: Hobbies include gardening, painting, reading, hiking, and traveling.
What do you eat before you run? Food before a race would be a banana and trail mix.
